Electroplated
Diamond Slitting Saws (EPDSS)
|
The
electroplated slitting saws contain the highest diamonds/CBN concentration
available to provide fast, cool and efficient cutting of marbles, ceramics
and fibreglass. Continuous tips of various sizes or segmented types are
available in any thickness from 0.7 mm onwards and in any required diameter.
Application : These are used for cutting grey carbide, glass, ceramics, marbles, fibre glass, ferrite's etc. |
Electroplated
Diamond Wheels (EPDW)
|
A single layer of diamond grit is
bonded to a nickel electroplated wheel shank. Electroplated wheels have
better efficiencies. These wheels run smoothly, maintain their sizes,
can be run wet or dry and if used properly will give a longer life. They
can be used for roughing or fine finishing depends on the grit size.
Advantages : 1) Reduction of operating time. 2) Better surface finish in grinding sintered carbide, glass, ceramics, ferrite and other hard metals. |
Electroplated
Diamond Mounted Wheels & Points (EPDMWP)
|
Diamonds used for these are carefully
selected according to the application. They are then deposited firmly
on to the shank. These are available in various sizes
Application : 1) Electroplated diamond mounted points are use for precise small hole jigs and internal grinding on carbide, ceramics, sapphire, glass and a variety of tough super alloys. 2) For grinding on tough, high carbon, high chrome steel use CBN mounted points. |
Electroplated
Diamond Internal Grinding Pins (EPDIGP)
|
Internal grinding pins are used
small diameter machining and high speed grinding. Diamonds are deposited
in every possible shape, providing the internal grinding wheels with a
wide range of capabilities.
Advantages : They enable faster stock removal, generates more production, can avoid coolant, avoids dressing and makes it easy for making complicated forms. Application : These pins are used for internal grinding of carbide dies/wear parts. These are also used for ceramic, sapphire, glass and variety of tough, super alloys. |
Electroplated
Diamond Needle Files (EPDNF)
|
Diamond files are manufactured using
high quality selected diamonds employing latest plating techniques. Diamond
files are available in six pieces per set in different profiles and can
also be made as per the customer's specifications.
Application : Diamond files are used for grinding tungsten carbide, steel, ceramic materials, glass, etc. |
